The People of Rimba Competition – Terms and Conditions of Entry
- Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within promotional advertisements for this competition form part of the conditions of entry.
- By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- The competition is being run by Rimba Sweat, 212 Pittwater Road, Manly, 2095, NSW.
- WIN 1 in 4, 5 SWEAT PACKS in our large sauna including complimentary guest fee competition begins on 2nd February, 2021 at the time of Instagram posting.
- The closing time for entering the competition is Sunday 28th February, 2021 at midnight (AEST).
- To enter the competition, the entrant must:
- a) Tell us in 25 words or less, why they have added Rimba Sweat to their weekly regime, entry via instagram post or via instagram direct message
- b) Follow @rimbasweat on instagram
- Entry to the competition is free. Entrants will be responsible for all costs associated with entering the competition, which may include costs associated with accessing the internet and travel to and from the studio.
- Entrants may enter the competition as many times as they like from an authentic account, each entrant will be judged on their answer.
- Staff employed by Rimba Sweat and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the competition.
- There will be four (4) prizes awarded. Each winner receives:
- a) 5 sweat sessions in the large sauna, including complimentary guest
- There will be one winner chosen each week over four consecutive weeks, as follows:
- At 6PM (AEST), Monday 8th February, 2021 at Rimba Sweat, 212 Pittwater Road, Manly.
- At 6PM (AEST), Monday 15th February, 2021 at Rimba Sweat, 212 Pittwater Road, Manly.
- At 6PM (AEST), Monday 22nd February, 2021 at Rimba Sweat, 212 Pittwater Road, Manly.
- At 6PM (AEST), Monday 1st March, 2021 at Rimba Sweat, 212 Pittwater Road, Manly.
- The prize winner will be announced in the evening of the above dates and will be contacted immediately after the judging by Instagram direct message via the @rimbasweat account.
- If the prize winner does not respond to claim the prize within 24 hours (1) days of the message, a second winner will be chosen in the same location, and with the same method.
- Prize winner must be over 18
- By entering the competition the entrant agrees that they are over the age of 18 years.
- The prize is not redeemable for cash or an alternative prize.
- The prize is not transferable.
- The prize must be used by February 28, 2022.
- Prize session times are subject to availability.
- The prize winner’s name may be published on the Rimba Sweat website and instagram account.
- By entering this competition, you adhere to entrant’s first name and answer may be published on the RImba Sweat instagram account @rimbasweat and used in email marketing collateral.
- Rimba Sweat is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any problems or any financial costs incurred, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other persons related to or resulting from participation or winning this competition.
- Rimba Sweat accepts no responsibility and shall not be held legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the competition or the prize, either during or after the competition.
- Entry into the competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. Entrants are required to abide by the Terms and Conditions as presented.
- Rimba Sweats’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Personal information provided by an entrant to Rimba Sweat for the purpose of entering the Competition will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with Rimba Sweats Privacy Statement. Personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to any third party otherwise than in accordance with the Rimba Sweat privacy statement and these Terms and Conditions.
